Strawberry short cake

Ingredients: 3 pints fresh strawberries 1/2 cup white sugar 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour 4 teaspoons baking powder 2 tablespoons white sugar 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 egg 2/3 cup milk 2 cups whipped heavy cream

Method: 1. Mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt in a bowl. 2. Mix egg, milk in a different bowl. 3. Mix a bit of the dry ingredients with the liquid ingredients and do this until all the ingredients are all used. 4. Mix very well. 5. Place in a pan and cook for 30 minutes in 180 C 6. Let it cool and put the strawberries on top and then whipped cream. 7. Repeat this until satisfied.
