Cremora tart

Ingredients: 500ml Cremora 125ml Boiling Water 1 TIN Condensed Milk 125ml Lemon Juice 1 Packet Tennis Biscuits, Crushed 60g Butter, Melted

Method: 1. Mix Cremora and boiling water and beat. Add condensed milk and beat again. 2. Add Lemon Juice and beat until thick. (The mixture thickens quickly). 3. Mix biscuits and butter, place in creased dish and pour mixture over. 4. Refrigerate.
