Granadilla Fridge Tart
Ingredients
1 Moirs lemon jelly
2 Goldcrest Granadilla Pulp (110g)
1 condensed milk
1 pack Tennis biscuits
butter (we winged it)
3/4C boiling water
Method:
1.Crush tennis biscuits and add the butter,once mixed nicely, press into preferred dish.
2.Dissolve jelly in the boiling water,
3.add both cans of granadilla pulp and the condensed milk, mix thoroughly (in our case whisked)
4.Pour granadilla mixture over the tennis biscuits and then allow to set in the fridge
