Chocolate pancake cake

Ingredients: 1 ¼ cup ( 175g ) cake flour 1 tsp Baking powder 4 25g Cocoa ½ cup ( 100g ) white sugar ¼ tsp salt

4½ eetlps cooking oil 2 TLPs vanilla extract 1 ½ cup ( 350ml ) milk

1 cup ( 230ml ) whipping cream 4 30g icing sugar 90g chocolate, melted Fruit , fresh or canned

Method: 1. Mix dry ingredients 2. Mix the liquids and mix with dry ingredients . 3. Spray a " non-stick " pan when the pan is hot , spoon ¼ cup batter into the pan . Bake until the edges are firm . 4. With a Spatula flip the pancake over and bake on the other side until done . 5. Bake the rest and let all the pancakes cool completely . 6. Beat the cream with icing sugar and then create between pan cake layers . 7. Decorate with extra cream on top and drizzle melted chocolate over the top.
